No canned or pre-made products here. With freshly-made ingredients always on
hand — like homemade chicken stock and breads baked in-house — and local foods floating
around the kitchen, Chef Chris Chavis is proud of his "scratch kitchen." And, like he says, "as long as we have the ingredients, we can make it to order any way you'd like." Our gourmet salad bar offers 24 prepared salads as well as dozens of choices to make a customized healthy, fresh salad. You can make it a salad bar buffet or add it to one of our delicious entrees — the possibilities are endless. Check out our market and come home with fresh-cut meats, delicious desserts
made from scratch in our bakery or an entire Market Meal with everything ready to
cook! All of our specialty sauces and dips are available pre-packaged as well, along
with fresh-baked breads and crackers to accompany them. And don't forget that kids eat free every Sunday after 4pm.*
